Vidur has been a Superforecaster at Good Judgment Inc since 2021, and a forecaster with the Swift Centre and Samotsvety since 2022. He is currently a pro forecaster at the RAND Forecasting Initiative and is also forecasting for a hedge fund. Out of more than 3,000 forecasters, he placed sixth in The Economist’s World in 2020 forecasting tournament and seventh in Good Judgment Open’s News in 2020 tournament. He also placed fourth out of more than two hundred forecasters in the Good Judgment Project 2.0’s COVID-19 tournament. He holds a degree in medicine from the University of St Andrews, a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, and has worked as a biosecurity researcher for a philanthropic advisory.
