Peter is an expert in machine learning, risk modeling, and strategic consulting. With over 15 years of experience, he has developed predictive models for leading insurance companies and government institutions.
He is the co-founder and Executive Director of United Consulting Group, overseeing machine learning projects and actuarial valuations. Peter is also a member of the academic council for the MSc program Machine Learning and Data-Intensive Systems at the Higher School of Economics.
Previously, Peter served as Chief Data Officer at Raxel Telematics, a consultant at Willis Towers Watson, and a lecturer in risk theory at MGIMO. He holds a Master Degree in Probability Theory from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
